Final project of the semester. We used Adobe Indesign for this project and I would say this is by far my best project. The magazine spread is for a fashion and beauty magazine if you already haven't figured that out.

ROTOSCOPING!!!
OMG this project literally took FOREVER to complete...but I must admit it came out pretty cool. I only used two effects to edit the video and that took me over 15 hours to finish it.
Multiplicity
I really really like this project. It was super easy! I used Adobe Photoshop for this project and it took literally minutes to complete. I think you can pretty much figure out what we were suppose to do...
Family Photo Restoration
Well for starters, I was supposed to use an actual family photo but I couldn't find one so I just got one of the internet. The final copy came out pretty well but it could use some more work. Im not a huge fan of Adobe Photoshop but I like the spot healing tool and clone stamp tool.
Propaganda
For the propaganda project I focused on the death penalty. The idea is that NO one has the right to determine if someone should live or die. The poster didn't come out as well as I wanted it to. I dont think it really illustrates the message I was trying to get across but it came out okay.
Logos
So this was the logos project I did on Adobe Illustrator. I kind of like this project...not really. The first logo is for an interior design company. I used the reflect and rotate tool on this logo. The second logo is for a shoe store and of course I used expanding. The last logo is for an art store which I made by using the pen and expanding tool.
Calligram
This was my favorite project so far but it literally took forever. I was in the lab til 5am working on it. Im pretty sure I mastered expanding in Adobe Illustrator.

First class of the Semester
I would have to say that I'm a little nervous about my digital arts class for the semester. The first day of class was pretty good. Everyone in class was cool including my teacher. I think my biggest fear of this class is that I'm worried of not being able to keep up with what we're learning and having a hard time understanding HTML programming. I have little to no experience with adobe illustrator or photo-shop so I'm actually extremely exciting to learn how they work.
Well since this is my first post, I guess I can tell you a little about myself. My name is Nasthalia Casimir and I am a sophomore at the University of Tampa. I am currently majoring in Advertising and Public Relations with hopes of minoring in Entrepreneurship. After graduating, I plan to attend grad school to receive my Masters in Interior Design. One day, I hope to have my own interior design company. My passion is to some day travel the world and have my company's firm located in many different countries.
I'm beyond exciting about taking Digital Arts. I hope by taking this course I am able to expand my creativity. I plan to take everything I learn in this course and apply it to my designs and ideas for my career.
